A Convenient Preventative Healthcare App
Our health benefit offering gives employees access to several modern health-related tools through a user-friendly app. These tools are designed to help them manage their health and prevent future health issues. The program includes all of the following:

Zero Net Cost
This benefits program is optimized for tax benefits. You can deduct the premiums pre-tax, and the tax savings often cover more than the full cost of the plan. As a result, your employees will actually get slightly higher take-home pay, and your company will be slightly more profitable.
To give you some numbers, the average employer we work with can save $700 per enrolled employee per year thanks to reduced FICA/FUTA obligations. This is a direct cash flow increase, not any sort of tax credit. An employer with 100,000 employees can expect 75% enrollment and a total annual savings of over $52 million. The employer only needs to pay a flat administrative fee for the program out of their payroll tax savings.
This program is fully compliant with Section 125 of the IRS tax code and other IRS guidance. It qualifies as a carrier-based, fully insured, limited medical benefit plan. It is state-licensed and actuarial certified.
The program is generally free for employees, too. Our benefits have $0 out-of-pocket costs for employees — no copays or deductibles. Employees pay for the program using pre-tax dollars, but typically gain an increase to their net pay thanks to tax savings and a post-tax claim payment they receive on their paycheck. If an employee is enrolled automatically, they cannot experience any decrease in net pay.
